So how's the ‘tude dude or dudette?
I have compiled some very interesting quotes on the subject of attitude and thought that I would share them with you.
•1. A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort. Herm Albright
•2. I happen to feel that the degree of a person's intelligence is directly reflected by the number of conflicting attitudes she can bring to bear on the same topic. Lisa Alther
•3. I am still determined to be cheerful and happy, in whatever situation I may be; for I have also learned from experience that the greater part of our happiness or misery depends upon our dispositions, and not upon our circumstances. Martha Washington
•4. A strong positive mental attitude will create more miracles than any wonder drug. Patricia Neal
•5. Human beings, by changing the inner attitudes if their minds, can change the outer aspects of their lives. William James
•6. The greatest discovery of my generation is that a human being can alter his life by altering his attitudes of mind. William James
We all have the opportunity everyday to have a negative conversation if we so choose. We can choose to stay negative about the market if we so want. But what good is it going to do? We can be negative about the weather but is that going to change it? I think not.
Our market may not be as hot as it was just a few short years ago but, people are still buying and selling homes. If you don't believe me just check your local MLS.
The quotes above beg the question, where is your head? What are you thinking about? The market can defeat me or I can change my attitude and behavior and defeat this down market and so can you. So again I ask, how's the ‘tude dude or dudette?
