Interesting. Once again, you have a large gap in the asking price between the 3 and 4 bedroom homes. But what's really strange is how the 2 bedroom home owners are asking more than the 3's. But the end result of that mistake is shown in the sales.

Lisa,

You have picked up on the problem and so have the buyers.  Now all we have to do is get the sellers to do the same and do the proper price adjustments.

Don,
Your market reports provide information that consumers need and want. Reminds me that I need to do a few of these again.  Gosh, time flies.

Cynthia,

Thank you ma'am.  I am working on that very thing.  Now if the sellers will respond to the right pricing aspect I think that our market will once again begin to pick up.

looks like if the sellers will start pricing realistically (easier said than done) , then you should have a profitable fall , good luck

I REALLY like the way you've broken down your chart. It makes it so easy to read and understand the data. GBU!

James,

You are so right, pricing is the name of the game right now.  I am sure that we are not the only area that is having this problem tho.

Elizabeth,

Thank you ma'am.  I have tried to make it as easy to read as possible and still get the information out to everyone.
