I really like the format of your market report...very easy to follow. I've not been doing them, but I'm determined to find a format that works for me and get it done. Thanks for giving me some great ideas! GBU!

Jesse,

The 3/2 homes did take a hit and it didn't feel very good.  Matter of fact it really smarted!!  It will be interesting to see what next week will look like.

don - very nicely presented. My feeling is that when everyone is panic (ing) , now is the time money can be made

James,

There are those that have to sell and this could cause a panic attack with those due to the large numbers of homes on the market.  What I am finding tho is that the homes that are priced right they will sell quickly and not create a panic attitude..  Thank you sir as always for stopping in and commenting.

It really smarted... man, you can tell we're darn near the same vintage.  I even heard myself say whippersnapper the other day. ha

Dude, you aren't even close to 60 yet, I am but never used the whippersnapper word tho.  That's alright, I feel your pain.........tsk tsk

aren't even close?  oh, Don... I'm a lot closer then I care to even admit.  10 years used to seem like a lifetime, but these days it's just a blip.

Jesse, I couldn't even spell whippersnapper, I had to copy and paste just to get it right, you did spell it right didn't you?  I don't want Jason to make fun of us.  Bleep, Bleep, Bleep tsk, tsk!!
