Hi Don. Fairly good drop year over year in St. Peters sale prices there, which reflects a soft economy but makes things more affordable too. Great facts. Thanks.

We have experienced some large drops around here but folks are still looking for a deal.  I just hope they don't wait too long or they may miss out all together.
