Say Hello to New Town Subdivision in St Charles MO

Located in the city of Saint Charles MO New Town Subdivision is a whole new lifestyle with the small town feel.  Some of the features that New Town offers are several lakes that you can swim and fish in, a community theater, parks, narrow streets, sidewalks galore and so much more.  There is something for everyone.  There is still plenty of new construction lots available if you would prefer that option or there are homes for resale too.

In looking at the May year over year sales New Town subdivision is holding its own.  In May 2009 there was three(3) homes* sold and in May 2010 there was eight(8) homes* sold.

Is the canal in the photo an old waterway for barges?  They have some like that in Trenton NJ.

Hi Don - You have quite a quick turnaround in your area. It takes a lot longer to sell Florida homes these days :-)
