Ok I admit it after reading the negative housing market reports that a couple of local reporters have put out this week I was going to come out with both barrels blazing. Then I remembered what my grandmother always told me she'd say to me "Now Don you can always get more bees with honey than you can with vinegar." So I have tried to live by her golden teaching but, here lately it has been getting increasingly harder. As a matter of fact I sat down and wrote a post just ripping into one reporter for his negative writing about not buying a home right now. I sat down and laid out the article by paragraph and used his logic through the 4 or 5 paragraphs and called him out by name. Well he wrote the article, if he can't stand the heat then he should get out of the kitchen, right? I highlighted the article hit control+c and I was ready to do my post. So why didn't I post it you ask, well I decided that I was not going to stoop to his level and deleted it.
But I will say this, the next time Mr. Jack Naundi of the St. Louis Post Disgrace Dispatch writes another article like he did on Sunday March 25th that could be found on www.stltoday.com in the business section titled A house is not a home-nor a great investment vehicle, I'm gonna let him have it!
No I'm Not Going To Be Negative!
